1. What data we collect
Account data (name, e-mail, phone, company details) and data sent by trackers (positions, speed, sensors).
2. How we use it
We use data only to provide the service: maps, history, reports, alerts and invoices.
3. Retention
Position history is kept for the period defined by your plan and then deleted automatically.
4. Third parties
We never sell or share data with third parties except where required by law. Coordinates may be sent to a map service to resolve addresses.
5. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, access is restricted by roles, and the server is protected and regularly updated.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your data by writing to info@activi.ge.
