Connecting a tracker
Instructions for Teltonika, GT06/Concox trackers and smartphones.
Server settings
Use the following server and port in the tracker configuration:
| Protocol | Devices | Server | Port |
|---|---|---|---|
| Teltonika | FMB, FMC, FMM, TAT, TMT… | gps.activi.ge | 5027 TCP |
| GT06 / Concox | GT06, GT06N, JM, TK, Coban… | gps.activi.ge | 5023 TCP |
| OsmAnd / Traccar Client | Android / iOS phones | http://gps.activi.ge:5055 | 5055 HTTP |
Teltonika (FMB920, FMB003, FMC130…)
Send an SMS to the tracker SIM number (starting with two spaces if no SMS password is set):
2001 — APN (Magti/Silknet: internet), 2004 — server, 2005 — port, 2006:0 — TCP.
Set the send intervals (10–30 s when moving, 5–10 min when parked) and angle/distance in Teltonika Configurator → Data Acquisition.
GT06 / Concox
Send these SMS commands to the tracker SIM number (some models need a password prefix, e.g. 123456):
Phone as a tracker
Any smartphone can become a tracker — ideal for couriers, field agents and testing.
- Install the free “Traccar Client” app (Google Play / App Store).
- Set “Server URL” to:
http://gps.activi.ge:5055 - “Device identifier” — the ID you enter in ActiviGPS when adding the object.
- Turn on “Service status” and allow location access “Always”.
Adding the object
- Sign up or log in to ActiviGPS.
- Go to Objects → Add object and enter the IMEI (or the phone ID).
- Configure the tracker — the object appears on the map with the first signal.
Troubleshooting
The object does not appear on the map
Check that the SIM has mobile data and balance, the APN is correct, the IMEI matches exactly and the server and port are right.
Positions are not updating
The tracker needs an open sky to see satellites. The first fix can take a few minutes.
Ignition always shows “off”
Connect the tracker ignition wire (DIN1) to the ignition circuit, or enable voltage/accelerometer ignition detection in the configurator.
Engine blocking does not work
Blocking requires a relay wired to the tracker DOUT1 output. Ask our technician.
