Terms of service

1. General

These terms govern the use of the ActiviGPS platform provided by ActiviGPS. By registering you accept these terms.

2. The service

ActiviGPS provides GPS tracking, history, reports and alerts within the chosen plan. Features and limits are described on the Pricing page.

3. Lawful use

You agree to track only vehicles and assets you own or lawfully control and, where required, to inform drivers and employees about the tracking.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly per active object. Accounts may be suspended for non-payment.

5. Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service but are not liable for outages of mobile operators, GPS signal or third-party services.

6. Limitation of liability

The service does not replace insurance or security systems. Engine blocking is performed on your command and responsibility.
